We wanted this done quickly and needed someone willing to handle all part of the sales process that would come up as we all live out of town. We made the best possible decision with Deana. It was immediately obvious that she was extremely experienced and confident in her strategy to sell our home. We were ready to starting painting and refinishing floors and she advised us not to and it was the absolute right decision. She nailed the price point and was very responsive in getting the house prepped and photographed in a week. We had multiple offers the first day, and within 6 weeks we closed on the house. She handled the repairs that were required for the inspection and we never once worried about how things would get done or ever had to go back. We were kept apprised every step of the way with an email or a text, and when we had a question, she responded immediately.
